St. Elizabeth of the Hill Country

The 9 AM mass is often crowded, with many people participating in the singing.

The church offers a Gregorian-style mass with much of it sung, including some songs in Latin.

Fr. Buckler is noted for being welcoming and hospitable, even surprising a visitor with an artisan "Pan de los Muertos" loaf.

The homilies are generally good, with priests putting effort into connecting readings to relevant feast days.

The church has a beautiful setting atop a hill, featuring a walking path, picnic area, and outdoor Stations of the Cross.

There is a welcoming Hispanic community.
