Explore 51 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
The Diocese of Laredo was erected in 2000 by Pope John Paul II, carved from the Diocese of Corpus Christi and the Archdiocese of San Antonio. It spans seven counties along the U.S.-Mexico border in South Texas — roughly 10,600 square miles. Its cathedral, San Agustín in Laredo, traces its roots to 1755 and served as a refuge for persecuted Mexican clergy during the Revolution. The diocese has 50 parishes.
