Explore 138 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
The Diocese of Lincoln was established on August 2, 1887, by Pope Leo XIII with territory taken from the Diocese of Omaha, covering the southern portion of Nebraska below the Platte River — roughly 23,844 square miles. It is home to 138 parishes and the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in the city of Lincoln. The diocese founded St. Gregory the Great Seminary in 1997, and a Schoenstatt Shrine was dedicated within its territory in 2007.
