Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee
Explore 57 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
The Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee was erected in 1975 from the Diocese of Saint Augustine, covering the 18 northwestern counties of Florida's panhandle — a region where Spanish Franciscan missionaries established some of the earliest Catholic communities in North America as far back as the 1600s. The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Pensacola serves as the diocesan seat, with St. Thomas More Co-Cathedral in the state capital. Among its 57 parishes is St. Michael the Archangel in Pensacola, a Minor Basilica tracing its roots to 1781.
