Diocese of Reno
Explore 31 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
Established on March 27, 1931, from territory carved out of the Dioceses of Sacramento and Salt Lake City, the Diocese of Reno covers northern and central Nevada — roughly 71,000 square miles. Its 31 parishes are anchored by St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral in Reno. The diocese briefly encompassed all of Nevada as the Diocese of Reno–Las Vegas (1976–1995) before Las Vegas became its own diocese, and in 2023 it moved under the newly formed Archdiocese of Las Vegas.
