Diocese of Trenton
Explore 127 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
The Diocese of Trenton was erected on August 2, 1881, split from the Diocese of Newark. It has since been subdivided twice — giving territory to the Diocese of Camden in 1937 and the Diocese of Metuchen in 1981 — and today covers Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Burlington counties in central New Jersey. The Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption in Trenton serves as its seat. Around 127 parishes serve the diocese.
