Diocese of Tucson
Explore 101 Catholic parishes, updated schedules, and livestream options across the diocese.
The Diocese of Tucson was established as the Apostolic Vicariate of Arizona in 1868 and elevated to a full diocese in 1897, covering nine counties across southern Arizona — roughly 42,700 square miles from the Mexican border to the edges of the Phoenix metro. Its approximately 100 parishes include Mission San Xavier del Bac, a Jesuit-founded 1692 mission that stands as one of the best-preserved examples of Spanish Colonial architecture in the country and still holds regular Masses.
